Blockchains are becoming the foundation of new financial and economic services. These applications need accurate data, available at all times, without depending on a single provider. That is what we deliver.

    Bonds, funds, real estate or credit represented in digital form. Their ownership, transfers and payments must be viewable and verifiable at any moment.

    Transfers in stable digital currency, settled in seconds, anywhere in the world. Wallets and merchants need to know the status of every payment instantly.

    Trading, lending and saving through applications open to everyone. Prices, balances and histories must display without delay and without error.

    Software agents that check balances, analyze markets or settle payments on their own. They need structured, up-to-date data they can access directly through code.

How we do it: The Graph

An open index for blockchains

A blockchain is a public ledger where everything is recorded, but with no table of contents: finding a piece of information means reading through all of it. The Graph is the open network that organizes this data in advance so applications get their answers instantly, like a search engine for blockchains.

The service is run by independent operators called indexers. Ellipfra is one of the leading ones: our servers maintain these indexes and answer applications' queries. Each indexer puts up a financial guarantee that commits it to serving accurate data, and no single company controls the service.

For teams that need direct access to the chain, we also operate Ethereum validators and private RPC access.

Independent, from disk to network

We run our own hardware instead of renting servers from a large cloud provider. Hosted in Montréal, our servers run on 99% renewable energy and benefit from excellent connectivity to North America and Europe.

  • Resilience

    The applications we serve do not go down when large cloud providers have an outage or change their rules, and the network gains diversity.

  • Performance

    Servers built for indexing: fast storage, dedicated bandwidth, no shared resources. Response times stay consistent.

  • Data control

    Data is processed and served on our own hardware, with no intermediary. We know where it lives, who can access it, and we stand behind its accuracy.
